Job Description

  • Incident & request handling
  • IMAC operations
  • Overall HW & SW support, Microsoft environment
  • Client software installations
  • PC Installations, renewal or replacements
  • “ Hands and eyes” for 3rd parties
  • Administrative follow-up, CMDB management, ticket management

Profile

  • 3-Lingual NL/FR/ENG
  • Onsite support experience within IT from former projects/customers (min 2 years)
  • Experience with a standard incident and service management tool
Soft skills :
  • Self-reliant and can work autonomous as well as in team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focus
  • Very flexible, as he/she will work as backfill on different projects, be able to change last minute from location (Antwerp & Brussels regions)
