Job Description

  • Act as SPOC towards the customer
  • participate in meetings
  • Stock management
    • stock monitoring
    • Order out of stock devices(quote requests) 
  • Device lifecycle management
    • From ordering till disposal
      • < >Unpacking + disposal of packing material
      • Preparation
      • < >Take back
      • < >CMDB management
  •  Device Staging
  •  Onsite IMACD interventions on workplaces & peripherals in our customer's offices
     Onsite IMACD interventions on workplaces & peripherals in Home users offices
    • These interventions have to be approved upfront by the service management team
  • Manual software installations
    • Sources, licenses and installation procedures will be provided by our customer
    • This is only required in case that there is no automated software distribution package available.
  • Mobile device support (Iphone 6S)
      • Initial installation of the device
      • Installation and configuration of applications
    • Private mobile devices
      • Installation and configuration of applications
  •  HW Beak/fix This service includes the swap of the defective devices (part of IMACD service) and the RMA handling with the hardware providers.

Profile

NL/FR/ENG with already practical experience regarding DSS (OSS support) min 5 years
Not only technical ok, but also softskills are equaly important (good communicator, been diplomatic, stress resistent ....)
Act as SPOC !
